At MO 5 Star Exotic Wraps, we are committed to providing top-quality automotive customization services with unmatched customer satisfaction. Please review our refund policy carefully before booking any service.
1. Deposits & Payments

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. This deposit covers initial materials and labor preparations.

Full payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
2. Refund Eligibility
Due to the custom nature of our services, refunds are only considered under the following conditions:

Service not rendered: If you cancel at least 72 hours prior to your appointment, your deposit may be applied as a credit toward future services (valid for 60 days).

Workmanship issues: If you believe there is an error or defect in the work provided, please contact us within 7 days of service. We will inspect the issue and offer corrections or replacements where appropriate. Refunds will only be considered if:

The defect is due to an error on our part.

The service cannot be corrected or redone to a reasonable standard.

3. No Refunds Provided
Refunds will not be issued under the following circumstances:

Customer changes mind after service is performed.

Damage caused by customer misuse or improper care.

Services performed by third parties after our work.

Normal wear and tear or environmental damage after service.
4. Appointment Cancellations & Rescheduling

Cancellations made less than 72 hours before your appointment may result in forfeiture of your deposit.

Rescheduling is allowed once with at least 48 hours’ notice. Repeated rescheduling may result in loss of deposit.
