  • Custom graphics and branding

All services are subject to availability and may require a consultation prior to scheduling.

2. Appointments & Deposits

  • A non-refundable deposit is required to book any service.

  • Appointments are held only once a deposit is received.

  • You may reschedule once with at least 48 hours' notice.

  • No-shows or last-minute cancellations may result in forfeiture of deposit.

3. Pricing & Payment

  • All pricing is subject to change based on vehicle condition, customizations, or material availability.

  • Final price will be confirmed before service begins.

  • Full payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • We accept major credit cards, cash, or digital payment platforms (e.g., [insert methods]).

4. Customer Responsibilities

  • Vehicles must be clean before service. A cleaning fee may apply if the vehicle requires washing before work begins.

  • You must disclose any aftermarket parts or previous damage that may affect installation.

  • You agree to inspect the vehicle upon pickup. Any concerns must be raised within 7 days.

5. Warranty & Workmanship

  • We stand behind our workmanship. A limited warranty may apply depending on the service performed (e.g., material-specific warranties).

  • Warranty does not cover:

    • Damage from misuse, neglect, accidents, or environmental factors.

    • Peeling, bubbling, or fading caused by improper care.

  • You are responsible for following all aftercare instructions provided at the time of service.

6. Refund Policy

  • Deposits are non-refundable.

  • Refunds are only considered for workmanship issues that cannot be corrected.

  • Change-of-mind or customer dissatisfaction not related to service quality is not eligible for a refund.

7. Liability

MO 5 Star Exotic Wraps is not responsible for:

  • Pre-existing damage to the vehicle.

  • Damage caused by customer after service.

  • Loss or theft of personal items left in the vehicle.

You agree to release us from liability for any indirect or consequential damages related to our services.

8. Intellectual Property

Any designs, graphics, or content created by MO 5 Star Exotic Wraps remain the intellectual property of the business unless otherwise agreed in writing.

9. Website & Social Media Use

By using our website or engaging with our social media, you agree not to:

  • Copy or reproduce our content without permission.

  • Leave false or defamatory reviews or comments.

We reserve the right to repost photos or videos of completed work for marketing purposes unless you request otherwise in writing before your appointment.

10. Changes to Terms

MO 5 Star Exotic Wraps reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services or website constitutes acceptance of those changes.
